Deep Relaxation Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation in which the client has access to the subconscious beliefs and patterns that drive their behaviour and feelings, as well as to the strengths and strategies to help change them. However, forget that image you have of a hypnotist dangling a chain before your eyes, or the words, ‘go to sleep’ – these are old fashioned, out of dated ideas and methods. You will simply be in a relaxed state and will unknowingly drift into your subconscious mind – a similar feeling to the one you have when you are about to drop off to sleep.
Your Hypnotherapy Session
You will always be in control and will be aware of everything that is happening during your hypnotherapy session. It is you, the client, who has all the answers. It is simply the role of the hypnotherapist to put you in touch with your own personal solutions to the issues limiting and challenging you in your life.
